In assessing individuals within a corporate body we can look at ability levels (numerical, verbal, IQ, EQ etc) and we can look at learned knowledge and skills (academic qualifications, professional status etc). Typically businesses will recruit on the basis of knowledge and ability, but dismiss on behaviour.
At Bowcliffe we seek to support clients to better understand behaviour as a science and as a business tool. Using a broad range of tools we help executives to understand their own behaviour, the behaviour of others and the performance impact that can be achieved through a professional approach to behavioural management.
In any professional talent acquisition programme, it is vital that we assess not just what an individual is capable of achieving, but how they go about achieving the result.
